All stock count teams will report to the Stock Count Lead before the commencement of the stock count.

Should the client’s operations permit it, physical and transactional movement of materials during the execution of the stock count will be prohibited. Normal operational activities may only resume once all stock count sheets have been captured in the ERP system.
A first count and, where discrepancies are identified, a second count will be conducted for all in-scope count areas. All count sheets will be uploaded to the central document management system.
A comparison of the first and second counts will be performed by a person not directly involved in the physical counting process to identify any potential counting errors.
Where differences remain between the first and second counts, a third count will be conducted by an individual who was not involved in either of the previous counts.
